“Merks mājas” starts pre-reservation of the second building in the “Lucavsala” residential complex

The real estate developer “Merks mājas” announces the pre-reservation of apartments in the second building of the “Lucavsala” residential complex. This is an opportunity for interested persons to reserve their apartment even before the official start of sales, guaranteeing the availability of the chosen apartment and a fixed price.

 

The second 15-storey building will offer a wide selection of apartments. In total, the complex will have 160 apartments, ranging from two to four rooms. The area of the apartments varies from 31 to 89 square meters providing for a possibility to adapt to various needs of life.
