The success story of “Arena Garden Towers”: 62% of the apartments reserved before the project construction started

The business-class residential block “Arena Garden Towers”, developed by the real estate developer “Merks mājas”, has attracted significant customer attention. Even before the start of construction, 62% of the apartments in the first stage A1 building were reserved, including all the exclusive penthouse apartments, that offer a unique opportunity to enjoy the panoramic view of Riga.

The residential block "Arena Garden Towers" is located at 1 Arēnas Street, in one of the most dynamic and rapidly growing parts of the Skanste neighborhood. Construction of the first stage A1 building will start already this November. It seems to be one of the most modern residential projects in Riga, offering an energy-efficient and sustainable living space, as well as a wide range of different activities for everyday life.

“We see that the Skanste district is rapidly becoming one of the most dynamic parts of Riga due to the newly built business centres. This is also confirmed by the strong interest of the city dwellers in the new residential block – 62% of the apartments were reserved even before the construction started. We see a tendency to choose a place of residence in such a way to effectively plan daily life and spend less time on the way to work and other activities, thus promoting the balance of work and private life,” explains Roberts Rēboks, the Board Member of “Merks mājas”. 

As we are constantly looking for new, energy-efficient solutions suitable for our region, the “Arena Garden Towers” project is the first residential block of “Merks mājas”, where environmentally friendly energy piles will be used. This technology enables the use of only renewable energy sources during the transition periods between the heating and cooling seasons, thus reducing daily maintenance costs and making the project more energy efficient.

The development project includes a total of four residential buildings of energy efficiency class A. The 13-storey A1 building of the business class project will have 84 apartments with two- to five-room apartments ranging from 53 to 135 square meters. The project will offer ten different layout options, and all apartments will be available with full interior decoration. Exclusive two-level penthouse apartments with 6.3 m high ceilings and wide windows will allow the dwellers to admire the panoramic view of Riga. Each owner of the penthouse apartment will have an access to a private roof terrace ensuring privacy and exclusivity.

The courtyard of the residential block “Arena Garden Towers” will be completely closed and safe away from the city noise making it an ideal environment for families with children. The courtyard will include recreation areas for different age groups, a playground and urban gardens with gazebos. On the roof of the building, a well-equipped terrace with an area of almost 70 square meters will be built offering a panoramic view of Riga, and a resting area with a kitchen providing an opportunity to enjoy exclusivity in the very heart of the city.
